Frustrated in more ways than one

Rant: All of this school shit is out of control. I thought at least I was in good shape in photo and then I showed my contact sheet to my prof who used words like "personal" "descriptive" and "not extraordinary. Those are not good words. And the thing is I showed her a digital version of it like a MONTH ago and she used none of these awful words. A month ago I could have worked out something else. Now I am screwed. That's frustrating this no 1.

Frustrating thing no 2: Text. Variations printed wrong size. bubbles and creases in mounting. kristen thinks we suck.

Frustrating thing no 3: trying to get project one and project two (which is supposed to essentially be a tracing of project 1 to line up. not working out.

Frustrating thing no 4: How am I supposed to know that this is what I am supposed to be doing with my life?

Frustrating thing no 5: I am getting out of shape.

Frustrating thing no. 6: I cannot swim with my face in water

Frustrating thing no 7: there isn't one but 7 is my favorite number

No Doubt

I'm trying to learn how to add video and stuff. If that worked than now I know. If not I'll figure it out eventually.

You gotta love some old school No Doubt. This takes me back to middle school which is not usually something that I like to remember but I'll make an exception. Its funny because I also adored Avril Livigne (yeah I'm not looking up the spelling) in middle school and now not so much. I'll always love me some No Doubt though. Also who is more talented or cooler than Gwen Stefani?

Procrastination

Procrastination is probably my favorite game ever. For example right now I am writing this instead of doing my drawing homework. See how easy that is?

Yesterday was another snow day which I should have used to get ahead on my work. Instead I did the following:

1. Watched the Bachelor. It was the episode with the overnight dates. It was gross. Seriously this guy who has been whining all season about how "nice guys finish last" goes on three "romantic" dates with three different girls three days in a row and uses a bunch of cheesy lines to get all three of them into bed. And they go for it even though they know that he is banging these other girls too. Like seriously have some self-respect. And I know I should stop watching the show but I can't. Its like youtube videos of preying mantises mating where they bite off each others heads and even though you know what's going to happen and that it will be awful you watch anyway.

2. Watched Skins. Awesome British show. All things British tend to be awesome in case you haven't noticed. This is why I plan to raise my children to be British. It will make them automatically awesome. Just wait.

3. Baked cake for my friends birthday. It came out beautifully. Have become very good baker. I think that counts as a good Real Person skill.

4. Browned flour to make gumbo for friends birthday/mardi gras. Set of fire alarm. Fail

5. Had lovely party for friends birthday!

All in all it was a good day but when I think about all the work I have to do I want to throw up.

I have no idea how to do this blog shit.

For example I just hit enter after doing the title and it posted a posting with no post only a title. Also does swearing count as adult content.

Yesterday was Valentines Day. I know hating Valentines Day is really just as cliche as loving it but I hate it anyway. I can't help it. It makes me feel bad about myself. It makes me remember that my last date was in August with a guy named after candy (not really it was his nickname.) Also I tend to give the guys I go out with name add ons like "the racist" or "drug dealer" when I learn these things about them. (For the record I dumped Blank the Racist but that's another story.)

On the plus side today is a snow day!

Also we got a house! And i need to send the lease to my mother. And I don't own any envelopes. Real people should own envelopes. Will get on that.
